Paraparesis with Severe Spine Infection

Condition:
Severe spinal infection causing significant spinal cord compression along with prevertebral and paravertebral abscess formation.

Symptoms:
Weakness in both legs, difficulty walking, and possible bladder control problems.

Treatment:
Spinal fixation and decompression surgery including laminectomy, abscess drainage, and biopsy to relieve pressure and control infection.
